Warranty & Care

Built Right.
Backed for Life.

We back every installation with a lifetime warranty. Not because it's a marketing claim — because we install the right way the first time and we stand behind what we build.

Lifetime Warranty — What It Means

Every Surface Evolution installation is backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and material failure under normal residential use conditions — when the surface is maintained according to the care guidelines provided at project completion.

This warranty stays with the installation for the life of the surface. If something goes wrong that falls within the warranty terms, we come back, we fix it, and we don't argue about it. That's the deal.

What Is Covered
  • Defects in application workmanship that result in delamination, cracking, or premature finish failure under normal use
  • Material failures attributable to the products used in the installation
  • Adhesion failures on qualifying surfaces that were properly assessed and prepped prior to installation
What Is Not Covered

We're direct about this because clarity protects you as much as it protects us.

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, physical impact, or deliberate force beyond normal residential use
  • Damage caused by using improper cleaning products (harsh chemicals, abrasives, solvents) not specified in care guidelines
  • Modifications, repairs, or alterations made to the surface by anyone other than Surface Evolution after the original installation
  • Substrate failures caused by conditions that were not disclosed or apparent during the original consultation
