By consenting to Surface Evolution's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Surface Evolution through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom designs, sample boards, and installation techniques demonstrated by Surface Evolution remain the intellectual property of Surface Evolution until the project is paid in full.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Surface Evolution be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website or our Services.
